Van Dyk Park Place is hiring a compassionate Memory Care Caregiver (CHHA/CNA) for our memory care unit in our Assisted Living in Hawthorne, NJ.

Pay Rate: $20-$21 per hour (Depending on Shift & Certification)

• Schedule: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM | Every other weekend required

Job Summary

In this role, you will assist residents with ADLs, meals, mobility, engagement, light housekeeping, and overall daily support while monitoring well-being and reporting changes to the care team.

Requirements

• Valid NJ CHHA or CNA certification required
• Memory care, Dementia, or Alzheimer's experience required
• Strong communication skills, dependable attendance, and a compassionate, team-oriented approach
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced caregiving environment
