Van Dyk Park Place is looking for a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated Memory Care team in our Assisted Living community in Hawthorne, NJ. If you have a heart for seniors and experience supporting residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s, we would love to meet you.

Pay Rate: $20-$21 per hour, depending on shift and experience

• Schedule: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM | Every other weekend required

Job Summary

As a CNA on our Memory Care team, you will provide hands-on support with activities of daily living, meals, mobility, engagement, and daily routines while helping create a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for our residents. You will also observe resident needs and communicate changes to the nursing and care team.

Requirements

• Valid NJ CNA certification required
• Memory care, dementia, or Alzheimer’s experience preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and provide resident-centered care in a busy assisted living setting
